GDPR Privacy Policy

4COLORS CO., LTD. (“4COLORS”, “we“, “us“, or “our“) recognizes our social responsibility to appropriately protect the personal data of all individuals, and as such, we have adopted this privacy policy (“this Privacy Policy”) as follows and will take all reasonably possible measures to ensure the proper handling and protection of personal data of individuals (“you”, “your“) residing in the European Economic Area (the “EEA”) protected under the GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION No 2016/679 (“GDPR”). A. When you browse our website, watch videos stored in our server, or access our Services, as a viewing user or as a creating user:

For what purposes: We use such information to provide our Services mainly allowing you to watch videos that are made by our clients using our services (the “Video(s)”), analyze use trends of our website or Video(s), maintain and improve the functionality of our Services and marketing and promotional efforts.

Sharing personal data

We may share personal data with our group entities and with third-parties in accordance with the GDPR.
